Got to hand it to the long timers

I really got to hand it to you guys who have been posting for years about possible Rams returning to LA. At many times you got disrespected, completely dismissed and heck even banned... Always thought you handled it with class and grace. Some of the St Louis guys would poke and prod and I never could understand how you kept cool. But you did.
So cheers on the return of the team men (and women)

I became a Rams fan while watching Super Bowl XIV, my uncle who's only 6 years older than me was rooting for the Rams and I became a Rams fan. The only time along the way I wavered was when GF traded Dickerson away. That was a heart breaker, I don't and never have lived in LA so the move to St Louis was less personal to me. It wasn't until a few years after the move that I was financially able to travel to games and made an almost yearly trip back to St Louis for games. I can't wait for games in LA I've already told my boss one of my weeks of vacation will be split up among Mondays so that I can travel to games and fly back on Monday

#18, dropping back, pass to Truax, ,, on TV , I saw that and I was horned.
I tried to turn away when they left and I drifted like a nomad through 95. But the next season I got clearer after failing to find the passion, the family vibe I get form the Rams and all our history.
This was tipped long ago. Before GF died. But it's been clear for years something else was an option to our owner. It was a great debate.

Greatest freakin game I ever attended.
I dropped the mother load: $180 per tix to go. Me and my best buddy attended. I was 16, just had gotten my drivers license, and I think he was 15. We were both die hard LA Rams fans at the time. I should call the guy, he lives in the Berkeley Hills now... don't think I've spoken to him in 15yrs.

I am guessing there are a few of the "long timers" that are sporting a little wood this evening that hasn't happened in a long time.

Its the alcohol talking now. :

Nice! Should go to the first game in the Coliseum together! I know we all need to hook up for the first game.

Mine too brother.
Now it is required to talk about favorite John Wayne movies. Mine is The High and the Mighty. Second fave True Grit. Got it covered now.
