The meeting and vote will be coming up in the next few days. All I am thinking about is Deano boy will C-block this thing and just create an impossible impasse on this whole situation.
Give me some good reasons guys why he won't do this and let the Rams move.

The owners don't want three blighted markets...If Kroenke and supporters hold strong, a compromise would have to be sought

Stan's has a lot more money, the best stadium proposal, and Spanos will need to partner with SK if he wants to move to LA. Goodell and the other owners won't let Spanos block SK with no one moving to LA.

Stan has the money, power and legal element.
Nothing would send these roaches scurrying more than an antitrust case with a solid backing. It's his trump card.

I guess they are all good reasons. If I was Stan and Wednesday's vote turns into an impasse; on Thursday I would dig a hundred feet hole in Inglewood.

Because Kroenke still has an ace up his sleeve. His biggest one, Litigation. Rams moved from LA to St. Louis contingent with the "Top Tier" written into the deal. If "top tier" is not met, Rams can relocate (back to LA). The wording is specific, and "relocate' is the only remedy. Rams made sure they got approval from NFL owners through the league office BEFORE they moved to St. Louis they understood the top tier clause. Kroenke has grounds for lawsuit in place that Rams can now return to LA WITHOUT another vote from owners, because they already knew if St. Louis reneged on the top tier, they knew the Rams could move back to LA. Its in the original lease.
Kroenke can argue he can move the Rams back to LA without this owners meeting and their votes. He can argue they already did twenty years ago, knowing full well that if St. Louis didn't comply with the top tier clause they enticed the Rams to leave LA with, the Rams had the freedom and blessing of the owners to move back to LA, even if it was 20 years later.
Violations Remedy: If the RSA and CVC default on the the 1st tier promise, the Rams only remedy is termination of lease and the right to relocate from St. Louis (as in, back to LA)
(EX. 1@29, Sec. 16(e)(I), Ex. 4 @ 9, Sec.5.1)

What you guys are forgetting is that Goodell is in Stan's corner, and is obviously working with Jerry Jones and other leadership to direct the outcome of all of this. Come back inside off the ledge where its warm and cozy. We have the fire going for you. Just take a glass Scotch and watch all the fun unfold.

One thing I haven't heard, Or maybe I missed it. Is the Carson funding a done deal? Do they have solid investors lined up to pay for this thing? I know Deano and Markie don't have the money for it. Is there a solid commitment to pay for Carson? We know Stan has it for Inglewood.
