2016 will mark the 10th straight year the rams will attempt to field an offense that isn't a joke, isn't among the very worst in the league, isn't the poster child for forward pass futility... fish has failed miserably at the task in his 4 years on the job, doing no better than the 5 preceding years of utter ineptitude..

The above information is so ridiculous, the futility the Rams have demonstrated thru different coaches, coordinators, QB and WR is just beyond all logic.

Lol now we have an all world running back, bad QB, bad recievers and a new rebuilt OL that strength is pass protection and glaring weakness is run blocking. WTF over?

I understand the frustration and I share it...But can you blame the Fisher regime for the Linehan and Spags regimes offensive failures? We need a franchise QB, and there isn't one out there easily obtained. We CAN make a game managing QB look better by getting a WR that can catch anything..A true #1 WR, along with gadget Tavon Austin, Todd Gurley, and a solid Oline in year two, and we should see drastic improvement, offensive production wise.

yeah, the numbers are brutal, just brutal, you would think that by accident the rams would have managed maybe 1 middle of the pack offensive year in the last 9, but not even close, just an absolute trainwreck...

and now it's been reported that the rams want to talk to defilippo??? a guy with 1 year's worth of oc experience (at any level) under his belt, a guy who led the browns offense to a 29th ranking in offensive scoring this season in his first gig ever as oc, despite being given arguably the league's best oline, a guy whose offense actually ranked worse than the flaccid rams in offensive yards gained per play this season (28th vs 26th) despite arguably the league's best oline, a guy whose qbs ranked a collective 28th and 30th in his final 2 years as qb coach in oakland, before joining the browns, that's a guy the rams think can turnaround 9 years of offensive misery? good grief.

meanwhile the jets cleaned house after the 2014 season, including bringing in a new, very experienced oc who, by all accounts, was given full control over the offense, and with journeyman fitzpatrick under center, who started the season as backup, went from 30th, 27th and 26th in offensive scoring in the 3 previous seasons, to 8th in 2015.

The 2015 Team is light years ahead of that 2009 team

unfortunately, and incredibly, that's not a rarity... the 2011 rams tossed just 9 tds, the 2009 rams 11 (which included 1 by the kicker, so just 10 by the qb(s)), and the 2008 rams 11... the rams simply haven't been able to pass the ball, or score offensive points, going on 10 years now, the ineptitude it's mind boggling...
