(.38-.25)/.25 = .52

That's a 52% increase, not very meaningful but true nonetheless...

reminds me of state and local sales tax agencies claiming "just" a 1.25% tax increase from 7% to 8.25%...

I just checked out his twitter feed. I assumed he deleted that stupid tweet, but I'll at least give him credit for keeping it up. However, he continued embarrassing himself with more stupid tweets. Lol
