Mr Kroenke was clearly a wealthy opportunist. Now he is clearly a wealthier opportunist.
One could suggest that might be what the other owners don't appreciate about him. He still offers the best plan though. IMO

The rumors are that the NFL market study revealed that the future STL market is very bleak. Kroenke knew that already.

No one in STL is gonna fess up to that market study. And not many people in the media are gonna throw STL under the bus. There's no benefit in doing that for their career.
