How will SoFi Stadium handle weather (Heat, rain, wind)?

If I understand it correctly, SoFi is essentially an outdoor stadium under a clear canopy.
Does that mean it’s not going to be climate controlled?
On a hot day, will the canopy provide shade and reduce the ambient temperature, or will it radiate heat like a greenhouse?
On a rainy day, will the stands remain dry, or could crosswinds push the rain under the canopy? And what about runoff? Will it cascade throughout the rim, or funneled to specific points?
And what about wind? Will the field be immune, or could the design produce a wind tunnel effect?
I presume the designers thought about and have addressed these issues. I’m curious how they have done so.
Has anyone come across any information on these matters?

My understanding is the ETFE panels will block out 60% of the UV rays and I would guess some of the direct heat. Also, some of the recent vids alluded to the possibility that there will be essentially retractable vent panels in the roof to help release heat.
As far as cold I'm pretty sure that will be part of the "Outdoor" part of the equation. The roof of course will protect us from rain/mist/dew.
Wind might be interesting, we shall see. You would think though that it has been thought out and addressed.

SOFI is sunk 30 meters under the ground. This study was done in Malaysia (near the equator... with 100+ degree weather.) I think things only get weird if we have historic floods, but I'm sure some smart engineer thought of that.
I think we'll be fine...

I doubt the roof will make any of the adverse weather conditions worse. Except trap heat / stuffiness. Retractable panels should address that on those hot summer / early fall days.

It's pretty wild, all you really see above ground is the 500 section which are the nose bleed seats.
They say the canopy materials will do amazing things with regards to climate. We shall see...

I live in a beach community about 2.5 miles from SoFi. We're basically in the same climate. It's usually always 10 degrees cooler here than it is in the LA Basin on the hot days. Our 90-degree days are few and far between. I don't think heat will be too much of a factor.

Thanks for the info, guys!
Full disclosure: I have not been to California for over 40 years.

This year, I'll be representing here in the Sunshine State when the Rams play @Miami and @Tampa.
Someday I'll make it out to LA.
