Those tweets are the perfect snap shop of this whole process. Noise then test pattern.

Interesting that he said the Chargers have more support and did not mention the Raiders at all. Still think Rams move, but Chargers are making this uncomfortable.

Well, I guess all we can hope for is a Spanos/Kroenke partnership.

So what has changed since earlier in the year. Carson is no more viable then before. Inglewood is ready as promised. OK StL does have an actionable plan but it's a scrawny runt of the litter offer that has more holes than Swiss cheese so I cant's see that as more than an excuse. Iger (nor Disney) came along to give Carson a better chance of business success if they can actually obtain building permits. Otherwise it has to be the Mc Dickardson lobbying against ESK.

So we have the best stadium, the most secure financial plan, likely the most lucrative move for the NFL, definitely the least risky of the proposals and one that makes all the peripheral / common sense,,,, vs keeping Dean (I inherited the team) Spanos with his risky and foolish reasoning. OK SD has been slacking. A stadium is needed there. But so much that the friends of Spanos would enter into a colossal blunder. Sure it would probably work out in time, but the alternative is not worth the risk imo.

If this goes south it will be a bitter pill to swallow.

I still believe Spanos could care less about moving to LA. His primary goal is keeping Kroenke from moving there. He's got some owners on his side. Even at the risk of a collusion lawsuit. Its probably going to be a stalemate. Which means everyone stays put another year. And another year of uncertainty in Rams football.

I actually think his primary goal is money. And all of the foot stomping is designed to either get funding from ESK and/or the league for a Downtown SD stadium, and to get some sort of ongoing monies for loss of market share by Rams moving into LA.

In the end, Spanos will get what he wants, after putting the league, other owners and all of us fans through a tantrum of endless screaming. ESK, the adult in the room, will do what's necessary to placate the man-child, and then we'll be able to move forward.
