I hate to say it but i have lost faith that the Rams are going to be in LA in 2016 or ever. The idiot NFl owners are going to do the stupid thing as they usually do and pick the Carson project. I don't know how realistic Stan going rouge is, but if i had to guess i would say it isn't very realistic.

Why? Just because of Richardson and McNair's comments? They didn't say anything that we didn't expect. We've known that they're allies with Spanos. Nothing has changed. It's going to be Rams and Chargers in Inglewood.

Easy for me to say, but it's probably best to try and avoid some of the stuff that's being floated out there on this topic until this thing gets decided in 3 weeks. All the twists & turns can drive you crazy if you let them.

All that's happened is supporters of each site have expressed their already-known allegiances. Until one side doesn't have 9 votes to block the other, no one is going anywhere. If the status-quo holds true, compromises will need to be approached.

Still tough for me to see Carson or Rams alone in Inglewood winning outright. Most all owners don't want to stiff the 3rd team. I don't think you'll see anyone walking away from this totally happy or dissatisfied, which is why I keep coming back to some sort of compromise.

Its all just more "filler", to keep the public and media focused on the NFL. Publicity stunts. Nothing has really changed. Kroenke is still "quiet" because he doesn't have to say anything. Inglewood is ready to go, no uncertainty. Carson is NOT ready to go, lots of uncertainty. St. Louis proposal, lots of uncertainty. The NFL has said they want certainty. Inglewood is the best site to get "LA right". All this "pro Carson, Spanos" talk is because they know they're losing. Its a last ditch effort.
Of the 32 owners, we only have heard from about 8 or 9 of them. No one knows what the majority is thinking. Its all speculation. I have to believe Kroenke has an 'end game" to his plan.

The threat of antitrust lawsuit is Stan's ace in the hole. The only thing that stop the Rams moving to LA is Stan himself. Heck Stan doesnt even have to actually file a lawsuit the mere threat of one could get him want he wants

There's been so much back and forth during all of this. One day its good news for Rams in LA. The next its bad news. Its going to continue until something concrete forms. I'm not going to get excited or depressed over the news that will be coming out over this.

The bottom line, one owner started all of this. He's got the ability to make it happen. It wasn't a bluff to force St. Louis to build him a stadium. The other owner doesn't want this there because he feels its his market. Even if he never moves to Carson himself, he'll be satisfied if he forces Stan to stay in the Loo. His ultimate goal is the keep the Rams out of LA.

Stan's playing nice. He's got one helluva poker face. He won't reveal his true intentions until the time comes where he has to. With what Richardson the LA committee has done, he's got grounds for a collusion lawsuit. I'm sure his lawyers are getting that ball rolling right now. But he's doesn't need to do anything with that until he's actually been officially denied. And we don't know if that will happen for sure either.

I don't see the Chargers coming. Spanos won't cave, and the NFL powers know that it's a disaster to force ESK to work with Spanos & the Fabiani feeces throwing machine. In the end, Spanos and Davis will get enough money to get new stadiums in their home markets and ESK will inheret an expansion team as his tennant.
