should have done this in the spring when everyone knew limitations of roster, not when you're in distant third place

either way getting a pick for a bum you weren't going to resign isn't bad

The Rams have a history (under McVay and Snead) of being smart and proactive, let's see if they can keep it going...

I like it!

Its not hitting the panic button but not sitting still.

The old "shoot we will fix this " isn't going to work. Bring in some players that will work.

That "fresh set of eyes" move with Gruden as an advisor sounds really good right about now

Trading just for the sake of trading? Knee jerk reactions? Meanwhile we haven't had a first round pick since 2016 and won't have one till 2022? I remember when draft day was the highlight of our year. Then we started winning. Now we're not winning and I was looking forward to the draft again. Until we no longer have a first round pick. We could be screwed with a non winning season and no draft pick to look forward to.

28-11 with McVay as coach. I’m not thinking we’re drafting top 10 for a long time. And this is a top 3 talent

Not winning? Coming off 2 great seasons including a Super Bowl appearance. This year they are three and three. You give up easily don’t you?

Its my defense mechanism after all the abysmal years of losing. Expect the worst. If it doesn't happen then be glad. If it does, well, I expected it so I ain't too disappointed.
