For those interested in the process.

We knew that was likely the case, but hoping for more resistance.

Bill passed 7-2. No on to the full board in a special session.

What happened to Antonio French's promise to block the stadium bill without first getting a comprehensive plan on violence?

There's zero risk in passing this because the stadium will never get built. By opposing you look like you're protecting tax payers, by voting yes you look like you're promoting construction and big business. At the end of the day, it's a moot point.

Kroenke has refused every offer made to him by St. Louis since becoming majority owner. There's no chance he accepts this one...

Grubman helped get the bill passed.

These guys know for sure that Kroenke will never take the money, so they have nothing to lose by passing it.

The full board is on the clock. I would prefer that vote be held in January of fails as it quiets the Richardsons,, C Hunts and who ever else feels StL did enough so they can jump in with Spanos.

Didn't you hear, Bernie says it's a done deal that St. Louis will offer the Rams a better deal once they're shot down from LA. The Grubman plan was strategy. Bernie is a conspiracy theorist now.
