I can see why players play for him, but I'm having a hard time believing that he didn't notice the trainer out on the field and wonder why he was there. OK he was doing his 2 minute drill thing and was involved,, but, coach Fisher was rather elusive and deferred the attention away from himself to often when repeatedly asked about it.
The booth coaches would have a television feed too, which showed Case grab his head and mimic a boxer who is trying to beat the standing 8 count. They could have radio'ed.
Reynolds picked him up and must have noticed too. Player accountability to help their own after observing one of these head injuries is no joke.
The trainer didn't do an exam either,, just took his word for it?
I get the heat of the game and in a critical juncture stuff, but either someones priorities are messed up or the system of checks is.

Do you give up on some of these guys and draft replacements or sign veterans to take over? Or run with guys and develop more Saffolds, talent that's too often injured. Gah I'm ready for baseball season!

I don't think this one will be easily buried by the NFL or Fisher.
