Actually, I was in even quicker than I thought as I got my Ticketmaster confirmation after the process at 10:07 am.

Okay so here's the scoop. I contacted the LA Rams business office and got some useful information.

The GA number is completely IRRELEVANT. It is just a placeholder that ticket master uses. It gives zero information regarding your status in line.

They received so many purchases within the first few minutes that they had to separate the waves by the millisecond. The representative assured me that they have PLENTY of seats and we will have access to tickets in some way shape or form.

Hope this gives some people the same reassurance that I needed. They encouraged me to be patient and I will be contact within the coming weeks.

Thanks LARamsfanCT. I still find it hard to believe there isn't some correlation between your GA# and your actual place in line, especially since we know people with GA 6, 7, 8 have been emailed. I'd throw this theory out the window if someone with GA50 received an email, but so far we only know low GA#s received emails. The GA# may not correlate for everyone, but it has to represent some kind of place marker.

I'm more curious to know how many people were grouped in each "tier" and how many tiers there are.

Oh well, I'm just rambling because I'm anxiously awaiting my email (and jealous of those who already received theirs). Patience is key.

Agreed. It may not be an exact indicator, some GA7's might be ahead of some GA6's but i bet it's a good general indicator. Not to mention, the people who got in the earliest also got the lowest numbers...

So it seems that patience it is. Mine is 10:08 and the possibly meaningless GA15.

I'm concerned now about the no phone or tablet to purchase factor. That sucks. I'm leaving for Singapore shortly and will be without a laptop (and occasionally without any internet at all) for a couple of weeks.

Look forward to hearing how the process goes for those in line next week, hoping I can just give a friend my ticketmaster login info and they can buy for me on a laptop while I'm gone if it happens during that time.

So far they're all in order as far as that goes...
