Sure, if that's who comes to mind. It isn't a "best" list or a "favorite" list per se, just post a guy that comes to mind who wore the number of the day.

Desean Jackson's first ever catch. Seems a little too easy considering Hill's "technique".

From 1949 to 1957, Norm Van Brocklin was at the helm of the LA Rams. In '51 the Rams won their first league Championship with Van Brocklin sharing duties with HOF'er Bob Waterfield. Norm only wore 25 for 2 seasons and then switched to 11.

Van Brocklin would too have been my first choice for this thread. My second choice is:

Jerry Gray

Was always a fan of this guy too:

Robert Holcombe

And the only other guy to wear the number for the Rams for more than 3 years:

Don Burroughs

In my estimation, the most famous #25 would be this guy:

Fred Biletnikoff

Biletnikoff retired from the NFL after 1978 but came back to pro football with the CFL Montreal Alouettes for one year in 1980(just one year before our own Vince Ferragamo fled from Georgia north of the border).

I guess stick'em was allowed up there too?

Van Brocklin is the clear choice but like Mokler, Jerry Gray is the Ram i think of.

But more importantly, only 25 days till training camp. It's July, we're pretty much home free.

Dishonorable mention; Rich Coady...

Van Brocklin's clearly got the best resume' but is he clearly the guy who "owns" #25? I think he did just as much or more as #11.

"Okay, Pedro," Lasorda said, "the tying run's on, one out in the ninth. What are you thinking?"

"I'm thinking, don't hit the ball to me," Guerrero said.

"C'mon, Pete," Lasorda chided, "what else are you thinking?"

"You really want to know?"

"Yes."

"I'm thinking," Guerrero said, "don't hit the ball to Sax either."

ROFLMAO! Don't know if that's a true story or not but I've read that a couple of times & it sounds true...
Steve Sax was Rookie of the Year too...Any of you remember when he couldn't throw the ball to 1st base? That happened AFTER he was ROY, but strange non-the-less, I witnessed him doing that at a Dgrs/Giants game at Candlestick, the Gnat fans really rode him hard about that the whole game..."Don't hit it to Sax either", funny stuff...
