They also have a bunch of heresay that Rams are staying due to the construction bids being sent out. Considering that they are conditional bids (even per their own heresay) - makes no sense, but I am enjoying their absolute confidence. Just more of their mindset that only St. Louis matters and nothing matters in the rest of the entire world.

According to miss Cleo on my recent phone call this is all a ruse by Peacock to feign support. So when the Rams are gone he can hit the city up to pay for a new soccer stadium so he has a place for his soccer team to play he is gonna buy.

The question that has been unanswered is how are they paying for the dome renovations? It turns out that they will issue $ 200 million in new bonds to renovate the dome and the convention center. The dome already has bonds that should go to that building not a new stadium.

The beginning is about the property tax and about 3 minute mark the convention center.

Thanks for the link ripper. Interesting.
It sounds to me like those who are concerned about the river rising should be more concerned about the city sinking.

From Shane Gray's latest:

"The term sheet submitted by the Task Force to the NFL is completely non-binding."

Just like that Top-Tier clause i guess...

It's non-binding because if someone finds out what's in it, Peacock will say it's outdated and that they have already fixed the problem

I just read the Shane Gray article ya posted on RRF, sadly for the city of St. Louey what Peacock had to say and the term sheet just made Stan's argument for him of how StL does not work for him. I see the NFL shooting this term sheet down and since he (Peacock) said it was non binding he is aware they are gonna reject it. I am firmly of the opinion now keeping the Rams is not a priority and he is opening the negotiations for a future franchise using a page out of the CVC's playbook and hitting the NFL up with a real low ball offer.

I love how Africa has been telling me the term sheet obligates and commits the city and state to build new stadium and now he switches to "it's completely non-binding" without batting an eye...
