While Irsay was careful to not tip one way or another, he said he has an idea where the process is headed. And it is the Inglewood proposal, with its size and Kroenke’s deep pockets, that seems to fulfill Irsay’s vision.

“It would be exciting if this site is a place … (that) has a Disneyland sort of feel where it is a real location where people go to,” Irsay said.

The thought by Irsay, as well as other owners and league executives, is that the NFL Network would be located on whichever L.A. site is chosen, and there has been talk of an NFL museum. Kroenke’s proposal also includes other entertainment venues, and it is located adjacent to the recently renovated Inglewood Forum.

The Carson site is viewed as more of simply a stadium.

This is encouraging,, Deans best buddy talking the other way. fist bump !!!

Now's the time to send the good thoughts since they are in lock out with out ESK or the Charaiders. !!!!!!!!

Hearsay alert::
"What I heard on the radio station 1090AM San Diego, is Spanos will stay in San Diego but he wants 20% of LA TV money from Kroenke. Just need to wait this out until they vote in January"

Just thought that was an interesting take (if true) on Spano's alleged position.
Considering Spanos is likely to lose money with another team in LA, that doesn't seem that far out of line. I hope there is some truth to this as that would essentially end that part of the opposition for the Rams. Then it would become all about StL which probably is in for it. Notice during all these discussions, tweets and short pressers, STL is hardly mentioned.

Elvis wrote:What L.A. TV money? The NFL TV contracts are national.

Is he talking preseason games, coaches show, stuff like that?

Like I said, hear say. Would be great if true. Someone with a better working knowledge of revenue splits and such needs to clarify.
Could be that if each team get's a equal share, then Spanos wants 20% of Stans.

All teams get an equal amount from the revenue except the Cowboys. Any % would have to be from local revenues like Elvis said but it would be more likely that they allow the Chargers access to local tv stations for pre-season and for radio coverage.
