All I know is the Cards have the easiest schedule and 1 game lead, but LOTS of division games left, it can go any way. Seattle is going to have a lot to say on who makes it.

What's real is any odds, anywhere mean absolutely nothing. What were our odds after 10 games last year? I gotta believe even lower than 2024.

Arizona has won 4 straight after starting 2-4, 3 of them at home. 4 of their next 6 are on the road. They play their finale at home....vs San Francisco.

San Francisco has been inconsistent all season winning consecutive games once (and losing consecutive games once). They've beaten such stalwarts as the Jets, Patriots, Seattle, Dallas and Tampa Bay (without Evans and Godwin). They've lost to Minnesota, the Rams, Arizona, Kansas City and Seattle.

Seattle started 3-0 beating a rookie QB in his first NFL start, New England in OT and Miami without Tua. They have lost 5 of their last 7.

We know what the Rams have done, who they've beaten and who they lost to. I don't see how the odds aren't:

Arizona 52% chance
Rams 50%
San Francisco 50%
Seattle 48%

because they don't have to do anything but win the division to make the playoffs. To be a wildcard, those odds should be a little longer.

So,
Wash lost. They are currently the 7th seed with the same number of losses at the Rams. Rams currently 8th seed.

First Qtr
SF down 7
AZ/SEA, no score.

NFC West Week 12

Seahawks: 6-5, beat Cards (Div)
Cards: 6-5, lose at Hawks (Div)
Rams: 5-6, EMBARASSED by Eagles, SNF (Conf)
Whiners: 5-6 lose at Packers (Conf)

Everything set up perfectly. Rams shit the bed. Worse loss of the season. Still alive in division and barely for wildcard. But it doesn’t matter beyond that. “This team just isn’t in the same class as the league leaders”, noted Capt. Obvious. Is what it is.

Here it is folks, the remainder of the season and needed/probable results, IMO:

@ Saints - W
Bills - L
@ whiners - W
@Jets - W
Cards - W
Hawks - W

Now they could easily lose 4 of those games. Heck, after last night, they could lose them all.

10-7, with those wins detailed, likely gives the Rams the West. That is likely the only path to a one and done blowout in the first round of the playoffs.

Tha Rams of last night are a top 10 draft pick team. Not a playoff one. They have ZERO margin for error in any game. Not talented enough to get out of their own way.

LOL. You're right. I agree. But keep in mind, making the playoffs would make the Rams the first team to start 2-3 (or was it 2-4?) on consecutive years and make it. And 6 more games gives the boys a lot of learning experience so it might not be a BAD blowout loss. :D

That is a bit harsh 34 but I get it. If the Rams won 5 of 6, trust me NO one is going to want to play them in the first round. I think we are close to getting better, we just got beat by a much more veteran team particularly in the lines.

Now personally I dont think the Buffalo at home is a gimme loss, but I also expect to at lose one out of the cards/niners/seahawks). I think a ton can happen in the next 45 days. Are the niners done now?? Are the Cards doing the second half swoon now? Will Seattle stub there toe like they normally do under Geno?

Like PARAM mentioned we have 6 games to improve and playoff experience at worst would be great experience for this young team.

Watching some of the low lights - look how many times the Rams defend had “color following color”. I.E. two guys in the same gap/rush lane. That is a very basic football no-no. They did it multiple times.

Bet the video correction meetings were long and painful today. A TON to correct on all sides of the ball.
