Are Callahan and Gruden just too obvious of connections to wonder if they'll join the Rams in some capacity? My gut says that they would help improve the team but I wonder if that's just wishful thinking?

If they move on from Kromer, I could see Callahan and Gruden come on as RGC/asst head and PGC/asst head, respectively. And I think that would be a massively positive move.

I would think an even more obvious connection would be they go to Las Vegas and join Jon Gruden and the Raiders. Or does Gruden get another HC gig (Cleveland?). Who knows?

For me the most interesting situation is in Dallas. If Garrett gets canned the NFC East will have 3 new head coaches in 2020.

I'm more excited about the possibility of Callahan than Gruden whether that be as OL coach or some kind of offensive assistant...
