This was a pretty D-minus game for the refs. Perhaps the most amusing part was watching them scramble to react with NY obviously in their ear how they blew big calls. I detected a few make-up calls in this one.

Not so much amusing when they got on them for the missed block and then compensated for it by calling the Rams for an illegal block next drive. Great job eagle eyes, thanks.

I despise Tom Brady a lot less when he's saying nice things about the Rams.

He called a pretty good game honestly and was quick to point out the Bills blunder late.

The only thing odd was when Brady said Puka is too low key lmao.

Before that game we were 3-7 with that crew. Remember the Steelers game last year when we got the first down but the refs parked it a yard short and didnt change it. ugh

It was a great example of changing a play into a screen.

On our last TD to Puka, Stafford changed the play,

He saw cover zero and called a screen to Puka.

So, now you know, a play can be changed into a screen play!!! :D

As Kupp said when asked about Staff mental acuity, "ELITE"

That's 35:09 TOP and they had the ball 3 other times. 12 plays, 12 plays, 11 plays, 11 plays, 7 plays and 10 plays. With what Allen can do, keeping the ball away was paramount. 38:30 to 21:30. And still, the difference was the special teams TD.

They were completely in their bag. Allen is just crazy good. They played it perfectly. Now try and keep the momo going on offense and clean up some defense.

Since we were 1-4 this is the FIRST TIME we actually control our playoff destiny. No matter what the Seahawks do (and they have two very tough games yet to play) if we beat the other 3 teams in our division and the jets, we will be in the playoffs. IF we win 3 of the last 4 we probably will be IF one of those victories is over the Seahawks again.

Exactly 3 wins probably does it but we have to beat the Hawks no matter the scenario unless the Hawks lose all 3 which are tough games. :)

In a game like that there are so many things you can say were the difference, certainly the blocked punt for a TD, but Sean McDermott really fucked it with the failed QB sneak that forced them to use a timeout at the end:

The cards have the easiest remaining games so they r still in it too. The Niners have the toughest schedule remaining.
