Our Oline played VERY well today...zero sacks. I still think our biggest team need, going into next season is an elite corner.

Puka Nacua has given Rams fans far too many scares this season. Between his two knee injuries in training camp and Week 1, and then his third in practice before Week 9, he’s seemed to get banged up throughout the year.

He appeared to get hurt again on Sunday against the Patriots when he landed hard on his 12-yard touchdown catch in the end zone. He was slow to get up and was looked at by trainers on the field before going into the medical tent for further evaluation.

He returned on the Rams’ next drive, so everything checked out fine, and Sean McVay explained what actually happened during his postgame press conference.

“They were just being cautious with him because he threw up,” McVay said. “He fell on the ball and he’s crazy like that. There wasn’t anything with his head so he’s OK.”

Maybe he had some bad CHOWDER last night. :lol2:

During 9 and dime, Cooper and Staff both mentioned how Puka is always throwing up. By their description, the kid just hits practice with everything he's got-- enough to throw up. I guess that's his play style. Hard to know how to feel about it because he's been durable on the field mostly.

I kind of wish Jordan would get his fire lit like Puka so that they could spell each other and we have a clone Puka while one is recovering...

The season is fun again for Rams fans. But next Sunday the Eagles present a legitimate test, followed two weeks later by the Bills who just beat KC. Win those two games and I think the Rams sweep the rest of the schedule. I was originally hoping coming out of the bye week that the Rams would have a one game margin for error, i.e. that they could afford to lose one of those games but I'm not so sure now.

One thing that is in their favor is that the Niners are continuing their slide. I told my Niner fan friends that they were delusional, that what the Niners were doing wasn't sustainable because of the team culture. That is why I predicted they would take a step back this year. They got two tough games ahead of them and if they lose both they are toast.

So if the Rams can beat the Birds and Bison I think their chances of taking the division are good. I think they have finally figured out their OL for the rest of the season. Simply starting Limmer over J. Jack was all they had to do. The fans got a wakeup call to exactly how important a good center is and in doing so can now see just how good Limmer is. Jackson getting hurt was a blessing in disguise IMO. I don't think people realize just how big Limmer is. Beaux is an inch taller and just a couple of pounds lighter than Jackson, so he's not a small guy.

As this group plays together, they will gel as a unit and their play will actually improve. We saw that when they had Dedich and Limmer both starting. Their play got better not worse. Avila showed some rust but overall he was fine. But most importantly, Stafford has confidence in the OL as they are.

Yeah with this OL I think we will see the offense we expected coming out of TC. My only concern is their penchant for slow starts. A lot of that IMO rests on McVay. The offense has put a lot of pressure on a very young defense. That said the defense is rising to the challenge.

Why dose Stafford chose to throw passes down field on 3rd and short which result in incompletions when there are receivers open underneath for first downs? :roll2:

More dumb penalties which allowed the cheats to move downfield.

The offense still can't salt the game away when they have the chance.

But a win is a win and we needed this,

Good job team. :D

1. Can't make dumb penalties that cost you from getting off the field
2. Can't miss 26 yard FG

Do that and we win easily. Rams offense starting to click, just need o-line play like that.
