I'm not sure I understand the love for the blue and whites. They played in them less than in the current Blue and Golds
I hope they go retro like the Giants and Jets did. Blue and yellows please. Sooner the gold is gone the better...

A-1 Do you think with the Rams move to the same stadium he is working in and Spag being gone, he would consider coming back if the position was open and offered to him?

I was thinking about that too. But there is the matter of Todd Hewitt suing the Rams for age discrimination...

Well he's not getting any younger. Apparently it's not settled and is in arbitration.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) —
An age discrimination case from a longtime St. Louis Rams employee against the team will go to arbitration.

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a lawsuit filed by former Rams equipment manager Todd Hewitt must go to arbitration because of the terms of his employment contract.

Hewitt says he was fired in 2011 when he was 54 because of his age. He had worked for the Rams full time since 1978 and was equipment manager for 16 years.

The court’s decision also directs a neutral arbitrator be appointed in place of the NFL commissioner.

The court says the NFL commissioner would be biased because he is employed by the league’s team owners.

Jury rejects age discrimination claim against St. Louis Rams
By Robert Patrick [email protected] 314-621-5154

ST. LOUIS • A federal jury on Friday found in favor of the St. Louis Rams and against a woman who claimed she was forced out because of her age.

Lory Fabian, 56 at the time, sued the Rams and associated companies in 2012, claiming that she was one of a series of older employees who lost out to “young, inexpensive grinders” who were just starting out in their careers.

In closing arguments in the case Friday morning, lawyer Bradley Winters rejected those claims, saying that Fabian was simply not re-hired when her contract ended in 2011. She wasn't, he told jurors, because of performance issues and the way she dealt with co-workers, starting feuds and refusing to work with one employee.

The Rams loaned Fabian $20,000, interest free, and even allowed her to design her dream job, he said.

Fabian lawyer Edward Kruse said older employees were replaced with interns and that Fabian loved her job and performed it well.

A sexual harassment claim was tossed out by a judge before trial.

Does anyone have any inside info on why the guy was fired?

It just seems preposterous to me that they canned him

You'd think they'd specifically steer clear of that playing in the Coliseum.

No kidding. Haden might think a Raiders game was about to break out.

Tradition is one of the parts of the NFL this nostalgic Rams fan holds as one of the keys to it's greatness. The uniforms are what you see on the field. The Rams being back in Los Angeles is nostalgic. To drag the StLoony colors (which represent GF) back to LA with the team is incomprehensible to me. If the NFL want's to do LA right and was willing to overlook relocation guidelines, cross ownership, yada yada, why wouldn't/can't/won't they let the Rams play in their So Cal royal blue and canary's? Especially since they put in for a change a few years back. Is it a consideration for the fans in StLoony?
Something doesn't add up again.

The uniform is so overwhelmingly the hottest topic for all fans. More so than the roster.

It is amazing how much people care so much more about the colors/look above all else and nothing will make people more upset then getting this wrong. I think more than losing.

Please note, I STRONGLY put myself in this camp.
