Mike Clay's season weekly wins list has us going 1 - 4 first 5 games.
If that happens we're muerto.
Let's show em how wrong he is...

The interesting part was looking at Marriott family hotels and seeing the number that I couldn’t reserve at all, or had $500ish/night rack placeholder rates for October.

I’m probably being overeager. Then again I’m used to Chicago hotels which almost always spike the rates when schedules get announced. Like when the baseball schedule gets announced they always add $100+ to the nightly rates for summer weekends.

There will be several games this year when I fly in Sunday morning and fly out Monday. So I will look at the Westin until they get the hotel completed on site.

I know this is a "Rams Schedule" but I thought I'd ask, who has the best schedule of games......Thursday Night Football? Sunday Night Football? or Monday Night Football?

My vote is for Sunday Night Football. There doesn't seem to be a stinker in the bunch. Thursday Night has a 3 or 4. Cincinnati @ Cleveland, Miami @ Jacksonville and Denver @ NY Jets in weeks 2, 3 and 4. Monday Football has a couple. Pittsburgh at the Giants in week 1 and Pittsburgh at Cincinnati in week 15. Of course things are not always as they seem but that's what I'm seeing. I don't see any SNF games that look like duds right now.

FWIW, the NFC West participates in 14 of the 51 prime time games, including 2 head to head matchups; Arizona at Seattle in week 11 on TNF and the Rams at Frisco in week 6, SNF.

Arizona 2 prime time games.
Seattle has 4
San Fran and the Rams 5 each.

So, some Cowboys fan is telling me that if Gov Newsom won’t let any sports happen in Cali, and Gov Abbott (Texas) will - that the Rams are in talks to play some home games in the Cowboys stadium.

I have not checked the schedule to even see if this lines up as it seems so outlandish.

How ironic to have the newest greatest stadium in the world, the first stadium the Rams can call their own,, and it can't be used..

A lot is going to change between now and the fall. I sort of doubt it will come down to local governors policies as I anticipate C-19 likely worsening. Cases keep mounting up now and those in charge are just starting to reopen the country. The economy needs to open but the casualties are likely going to happen as a result.

Through all this folks need to protect themselves so they can in turn protect others.

Typical Cowboy fan BS. “Outlandish” is being generous and kind. “Delusional” is the term I’d use. Reminds me of when the Cowboys floated the idea of making Jerryworld the one and permanent home of the Super Bowl.

The NFL has numerous times said that all 32 teams get the same rules. How crazy would it be if the NFL went to open states and turned their back on closed states.

IMO, we're looking at the season starting in November, if it even starts at all. The bottom line is this.....if stadiums are going to be empty, home field really doesn't matter. However, you can never trust those nitwits from Texas. They might allow people to pack JerrahWorld anyway. After all, "it's football dammit and it's our Cowbowys! Besides, we wanna watch those pretty little things with pompoms dancin on the sidelines. That's American as apple pie."
