I also don't think we'll make the playoffs with this HC, because he doesn't get the modern offense and either can't attract or evaluate a talented OC. So, I'd argue that even if we got a talented QB, unless they are an existing veteran with proven success, that this coaching staff won't or can't develop him sufficiently to enter the playoffs. So, for me, it's both a HC and a QB that are necessary.
