I mentioned the Orlando Apollos team earlier as they bear a visual resemblance to the Amsterdam Admirals, Warner's old team in NFL Europe. But, they are QB'd by an ex Ram too. Garret Gilbert is their QB and actually looked pretty good. Most of the teams have nicknames that don't work for me though. Fleet, Iron, Commanders, Hotshots, Legends, Express...? The only one that sounds like a real name is the Stallions and like the Express, it's too attached to a name that's already been used IMO. by dieterbrock 6 years 4 months ago Total posts: 11512 Joined: Mar 31 2015 New Jersey Hall of Fame The AAF POST #72 moklerman wrote:I mentioned the Orlando team earlier as they bear a visual resemblance to the Amsterdam Admirals, Warner's old team in NFL Europe. For those of us already in withdrawals from the lack of Pittsburgh Steelers’ football, it might be a nice filler. But if you weren’t sure who to root for, we might be able to help.
