I really wish they would shorten the period people have to purchase the tickets.

I actually spoke with someone in the ticket office and they mentioned that the vast majority of people purchase tickets the first day their window opens, however they have no plans to shorten the window ..

I think I read something in the LA Times that Jake Bye stated around 75% of deposit holders buy on the first day of their purchase window. I've also heard stories of people not checking their email and having the Rams call them on the Monday their purchase window expires to see if they still wanted tickets.

I finally pulled the trigger on 8 seats in 23L, third tier. Spent all day Thursday going through each section. The posts above mine tell the story of availability. I almost gave up on the process because there is no quick way to know what is sold out, no overview map of sold seats. But, the Rams ticket office is very helpful and had good info on availability/sight lines/opinions on seating choice.

I think there will be visiting team ticket allotments that are unsold/unused that will go back to the box office for resale on or before game day.

LA Times reported on Coliseum renovation in October 2015:

“The plans include replacing every seat in the stadium, installing handrails, increasing leg room in many sections, and building a structure on the south side that will include suites, loge boxes and a new media area. The improvements would reduce seating capacity from nearly 93,600 to about 77,500”

I was told during a chat session that rows 1-14 have more legroom than other rows. Those folks might have a better chance of keeping their seats for the season after renovation.

I don't know what they are going to do to help season ticket holders after the renovation when 16,000 seats are gone.

Welcome TVC15! Congrats on selecting your season tickets! It took me awhile to select my seats as well. There was still a good amount of decent seats left, so it took me awhile to finally decide on a section.

I just realized I never posted my seats - Section 9h - row 34. Thanks for collecting all the info. It definitely made the wait more bearable!
