QFTOS: Packers, Pre Game Edition .......... CONTINUED

Who needs an exciting flavor of the month when the Packers have vanilla! Good old vanilla. Good old boring predictable vanilla.

Also, the game is being played this Sunday and not in few years when their young QB gets a nice fat contract and can't spend all that money on a great defense (which they currently have).

I just watched the profile of the Rams coach on the HBO program, Real Sports.
I'm like, "Come to Green Bay!"

The Rams will definitely have to get after ARod because their DB's do not match up well with our WR's and TE's. Their DB's have huge height disadvantages to all of our WR's except for Cobb and Adams, but they really don't have anyone to cover them anyways. Peters vs Adams could be interesting, but the way Adams is playing he will still have a big game. Graham has like at least a 7+ inch height advantage over any DB that they will have out there and should have a very good game. Shields will be guarding Allison or MVS and that is another huge difference in height.

Goff is in his 3rd year... so have a little more time with a QB being way under paid, but with his current play and the way QB salaries are going up...

Yeah, an upset would be nice but it's not what I am going to expect.

I think we will be lucky to get more than 14 points

Heard something this morning before leaving for work on First Things First. Nick Wright, whose opinion I actually value quite a bit, said that the Rams are #1 in the league in fewest 3 and outs on offense this season. Which wasn't surprising.
The surprising part for me, was that he said the Packers are 3rd in the NFL in MOST 3 and outs generated on defense.

This will be a blood bath. Rams win by at least two TD's. Book it.

It probably should be a relatively easy game for the Rams given the Packers defense and the Rams offense but I think Aaron Rodgers gives the Packers a better chance against the Rams than the 49ers had against the Packers.

Anytime you have the best QB in the NFL on your team you definitely have a chance.

Give me the Packers coming off a bye with Aaron Rodgers and Co. healthy at +379 any day. This team went into Pitt(a very good and hot team) last year with Hundley and damn near won.

If its Aaron v. Aaron I'd ask is our O line up to it.

I believe the key to this game is containing Gurley. Were not gonna shut him down but if we can contain him our young secondary(all healthy) might just be able to match up. Remember Cooper Kupp is out. Make Goff make big throws downfield. A couple turnovers would really help.
On the other side if Rodgers is as close to 100 percent as I have been hearing and we can protect the ball then watch out. Could have a big upset on our hands and be a pivotal turning point too the season.

If I were a Rams fan, I might be worried as well. There are no media personalities giving GB a chance in this game and the fact has been duly noted by #12.

Even though they are 7-0, their schedule wasn't that impressive. I think we have a definite chance to come away with a W.

They are not the monsters that Dallas, Pittsburg and NE have/had. That said, they look like the real deal and they have another patsy on their schedule this week.

It would take an insane Rodgers performance plus multiple Ram turnovers.
It's hard to imagine Rodgers even getting many chances when Gurley (who rarely fumbles, besides this year, go figure ) is ramming it down their throats at 8+ ypc

They'll be doing good to even SCORE 17, much less keep the Rams to 34.
