I find it interesting that the league office doesn’t care how ridiculous the mismatched colors look.

The Rams have an agenda. Rebrand for the new stadium with lots of hoopla. So Rams are fine with ugly uniforms now to heighten affect of the rebrand.

Which they failed to do on top of it.

So if that was what they were doing , they made a bad choice and didn't even accomplish the one thing they intended.

It still baffles me the Los Angeles Rams are still stuck with the crap St. Louis colors.

Outside of the horrible 1990's NY Islanders rainbow colored angry fishermen logo jerseys, there's never been more of a reason for an "emergency" uniform change.

We as fans have very little to bitch about nowadays. We love our Coaches, We have a roster full of talent. Our off-season could not have gone better so what do we have left to bitch about.....oh yeah our UNIFORMS. In 2 short years, everything will be in place and then what will we have to bitch about? The cost of beer at the new stadium? To put how quickly 2 years will go by in perspective, a short 2 years ago today, we were a newly arrived team in LA with Jeff Fisher as coach coming off another 7-9 bullshit season. That almost seems like it was yesterday.

Nice comment, agreed, with this team trending up in every area we gotta leave no stone unturned in our quest to gripe about something Rams related.
I will say I like the blue & whites, and it looks like that's the direction they're headed with the helmet & pants missing any gold or yellow. Time will tell.
But I can say this: when the new stadium opens, it will be bold, beautiful, and a perfect ultra-modern palace for new LA Rams football. No better time to unveil the new unis.

hi by the way. 1st time here, on recommendation by @dieterbrock

Talking with my daughter who is a marketing director at a major NYC agency, she told me that Nike has a huge staff that specializes in branding and design. They are the ones that are advising the Rams on what they should be doing and what the final rebrand will be. She said don't blame the Rams management it's Nike that is calling the shots. She also said that rebranding is a very big deal and much thought goes into in by experienced professionals.

Not too different from the mess the NHL has with their new Adidas jersey deal. No third jerseys and changes delayed.

I dont follow Hockey, so I don't know what got screwed up.

I was told that a lot goes into rebranding. They look at the history of the team and their uniforms over many years. That gets factored into the the process and product. I was told other stuff that goes into it, but I forgot them.

The big takeaway is that Demoff is just a mouthpiece, don't blame him for the way the uniforms look now, it's all on Nike and it's done intentionally.
