For the weather nerds, it looks like it's going to be in the mid 30's and partly sunny tomorrow.

really want to see mcvay/goff and the rams offense dial up a solid outing vs a good defense - the postseason won't be filled with a bunch of cupcake defensive units.

goff 's numbers, and offensive scoring - vs the better teams in qb rating allowed (red def rank column) and the lesser teams in qb rating allowed, night and day:

Goff has been phenomenal against those lesser ranked teams. Not just winning, but crushing it.
We might not witness those blow out's over the next few, but all we need is 1 more point than the bad guys to get the W.

Another great stat a1.

Tonight as I was cruising along at FL400 flying with a mild Vikings fan the thought occurred to me, last week I was looking a little past the Texans and thinking the Vikings game is going to define of where we are. This week I find myself thinking past the Vikings game and thinking now the Saints game is going to define where we are.

Certainly, on any Sunday, though what a refreshing feeling to have after all these tough, tough years that once again I am looking past the game in front of us because I know we can win this thing.

My wife's best friends husband (the seachikin fanatic) said to her that I must be having fun this year. Honestly, I don't believe I have ever enjoyed our Rams this much. Relocation (Restoration), 31 year old HC/OC Wonderboy, Hall of Fame DC, Future World Class Stadium under construction I occasionally get to view after flying thousands of times over the same place seeing if I could ever see the horses running (never did), RFU (seriously)............

Here is to hoping we crash the chat room tomorrow. ;)

Horns up!

GO RAMS!!!

Chat with you in a few hours.

Yes, the numbers are like night and day. And take it a bit further. Look inside those numbers. Against the better defenses, he did better against Jacksonville and Washington than he did against Seattle and Arizona. Against the lesser defenses, he did worse against Dallas than the other 4.

But there has been an improvement in his game over the course of the season, regardless of the opponent. His one "bad game" was against Seattle where he had a sub 50% completion rate, threw 2 picks and manufactured just 10 points. I would think he learned from that, just like he learned from that pick at the end of the Washington game.

I'm looking for big games from Gurley and Dunbar through the air today. Minnesota will play the run well and make it difficult to get the ball to the WRs. As long as our D does their job, we should score enough to win. And that's what matters most.

Here's some good filmroom breakdown of your offense from Vikings.com.

The guy doing it is Pete Bercich, former Vikings LB and current announcer.

It's the second video down, BTW.
