Ah, that’s right. Thanks for clarifying. I was assuming he is unvaccinated. Symptoms and test positivity should be shorter term for vaccinated people in general. But, it does vary. If he is ruled out, I would think he is symptomatic. That is much more common in unvaccinated people.
