I'm at a lost here,

I thought the PS rules you can only bring a player up twice from the PS and sent back down without clearing waivers.

This will be Lawlers third time.

Is there something I'm missing?

Well this is wild.

I tweeted something similar and Stu Jackson answered that one of the elevations was because of another player being on Covid IR and therefore didn't count toward the 2 but he has since deleted that tweet.

So i don't know and it doesn't seem like anybody does.

I also thought you couldn't elevate the same player 2 weeks in a row.
