Goff had a $34M cap number in 2021

By trading Goff we carry $22M in dead cap for Goff and have a $20M cap number for Stafford.

So we are paying $8M more in cap space for the starting QB position in 2021 because McVay can’t work with Goff. Oh, and we flush two 1st Rounders to boot.

Philly had the same problem, Pederson couldn’t work with Wentz. They fired Pederson, who won a F-ing Super Bowl with a backup QB
