One other observation that I can share. I thought Fisher looked very well. No bags under the eyes. He got a little color on his face. And he even looked liked he'd slimmed down a bit. I think the Seattle win must have been a huge load off. But all in all, he look better than he has since training camp,

Great find. I think those pics are from earlier in the week as its cloudy and really cold - the guys are all in sweats.

Here is a pic from Friday. Sunny day, and players were mostly in shorts. You can see John Fassel in in foreground with players, and his brother JIm in the background-left.

You can see small group of people behind the team in this photo. That's where I was, but I'd left by then.

The tin shed in the far background is the building the Raiders built and turned into a make-shift locker room & training facility.

I just realized, I was at the last ever day of practice for the St Louis Rams. Wow. That just set in.

One last tidbit that I can probably share now. When I was leaving practice on that final day for the StL Rams, I told Fisher that I was really looking forward to seeing him run out of the Coliseum tunnel again. He kinda responded ... yeah right... or something similar. But it was the way he said it, the way he responded, I knew he knew.

I PM'd this to a couple people here, but I didn't think it was in my place to say anything publicly before it was official. But he sure seemed like a guy who was pretending he didn't know, but he really did. Just my gut intuition, nothing official. But I think I'm pretty good at reading people :)

And I think I said before, but I'll say it again. I've been a guy who has been pretty vocal in my opposition to this coach, and have said he needs to be replaced. But after I met with him, in his own environment outside of media, cameras and microphones, I've changed my mind. I really like the guy, and I think if he can get a good offensive mind and QB, that he'll take this team deep in the playoffs.
