Gurley and Matthews are still wrong about taking to social media but I still haven't heard why or if the team is actually late with the checks? If so, I don't blame someone for being pissed about not getting it when it was promised.

Communication between the three sides would help everyone. Gurley, his agent, and the Rams.

If the Rams were to tell Gurley's agent when the check will be electronically deposited and the agent communicates that to Gurley, then all is good, and no media drama will start a wildfire.

Snead is probably right about "contract language". Gurley's agent should have taken the high road and explained when the money would show up.

I think Gurley's agent dropped the ball when it comes to advising his client. He made his client look ignorant.

On the other hand, if the Rams defaulted, then I am ok with Gurley calling them out on social media. But I seriously doubt that the Rams failed to pay on time.

I watch many things. Didn't bother with this one. In all that I've read, the Rams haven't specifically said when the payments were/are due.

If I were the Rams, I would NOT consider the specific terms of Gurley's contract public information.

In essence, it's none of our business. Even if Gurley wants to make it so. I believe the Rams when they stated that they are living up to the terms of the contract. Why would they breach? There is zero benefit and possible negative remedies if they do so.
