I haven't read the article yet, but the headline is shocking for a Reid article.

I thought Scott Reid got all of his stories from Fabini. This is certainly not Charger spin.

Vinny was saying the same thing on Fred today, that if he had to guess how it ended, it would be Chargers and Rams in Inglewood because each has so much to lose if they don't get L.A., it's in their interest to make a deal where they both get it...

Unfortunately, headline is somewhat misleading. I haven't read many articles from Reid because of his clear Carson bias, but like the other articles that I read from him, he's all over the place in the article.

"League owners expect Kroenke and his allies to begin pitching at the Four Seasons resort a proposal in which a second team relocating to Inglewood would be an equal partner with the Rams."

If true, that's surprising. I find it hard believe that Kroenke would agree to that, but I'm sure that would close the deal.

I hate Marc Ganis!

A great and impartial reporter quotes the same individual in every article, didn't you know?

Well if Goodell is running things that's a good sign for ING. <
The committee not ruling is a huge win for ESK. Pushing Dean to capitulate means that he may lose LA if he doesn't. No FAA issue.
Why is it we hear so many contradictory reports about all this until the owners speak? Every time. I hate the time leading up to these meetings and enjoy during and afterward. Hmmm. As long as it's the same after the last meeting I'm good.

I don't tweet so I was wondering, are their tweets from owners that we don't post here that might show an alternative pov?

Today has been a good day. The positive thing is the NFL will be back in LA next year and will finally find out who in a couple of months. At least that's how it seems.

The most interesting development for me is the idea that the LA committee might not make a suggestion, or that the owners may go into the vote blind.

The later is pretty hard to imagine, the NFL is inept, but that would be an entire new level... My guess is that a blind vote would be more likely to favor Kroenke though, simply because he has the money.

LA committee not making a recommendation is an interesting take, especially since there's been discussions that most of them are in favor of Carson. One would expect Carson to get the nod from them, unless they felt that it was very unlikely, and they didn't want to put their names behind the project that isn't going to happen, and cause animosity.
