I don't care much for Schrager but he's about the only talking head picking the Rams. I know we hav'nt won anything yet but come on, 11-5 last year and 13-3 this year and everyone thinks we're weak and in over our heads. lots of double standards out there.

Agreed. Somewhere along the line between Chicago and Eagles game they think we became -that 7-9 Bullsh#$ Fisher team. There is a reason we had a BYE. Watch how we put a can on this team.

Since the turn of the century, the Rams and Cowboys have had very little success in the postseason. The Rams made it to the Super Bowl following the 2001 season, but neither franchise has made it past the divisional round since then.

Including this year, the Cowboys and Rams have a combined 13 trips to the postseason since 2000. They haven’t met in the playoffs in that span, but they have an extensive history in the postseason.

They’ve met a total of eight times in the playoffs, splitting the all-time series 4-4. The Rams’ eight postseason games against the Cowboys are the most versus a single team in franchise history with the Vikings being a close second (seven games).

It’s been a long time since these two teams met in the playoffs, though. All eight of those matchups were between 1973 and 1985, the last coming on Jan. 4, 1986 in the divisional round. The Rams won that game 20-0 behind Eric Dickerson’s NFL-record 248 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

In the 1983 meeting, the Rams beat the Cowboys 24-17, which was one of the closer matchups between these two teams. In 1980, Dallas blew out the Rams 34-13, avenging a 21-19 loss to the Rams the year before.

Incredibly, they also squared off the year prior after the 1978 season, a game the Rams lost 28-0. They took one year off and didn’t meet in the playoffs in 1977, but in 1976, the Rams knocked off Dallas 14-12.

In 1975, Dallas dominated the Rams 37-7, and two years prior, it was a similar story with the Cowboys winning 27-16.

Saturday’s showdown will be the two storied franchises’ first meeting in 33 years. The Rams have played 17 postseason games since then, while the Cowboys have played 26.

The winner of this weekend’s game will grab the edge in the all-time postseason series 5-4, gaining bragging rights in the history of these two organizations.

Fuck that.

Our powerhouse offense has a defense now showing up.

It’s time to play.

Cowboys: they suck who cares

In history there have been 25 regular season match-ups between the Cowboys and Rams.
The Cowboys get the nod 13 W's to 12 W's for the Rams. After Martz and up to McVay the Cowboys have gotten the better of us more often than not. But so had just about everybody else too.

There have been 8 playoff games played between Dallas and the Rams which are split 4-4.
5 of those games were in Dallas so this playoff game will even that and hopefully break that playoff win tie in our favor.

GO RAMS !!

Is it me, or are the Rams being deliberately coy about Todd Gurley's status.

"He'll practice, and we'll see how he's doing, but he's feeling better... blah blah blah"

Bullshit.

He's playing.

They know he's playing.

In fact, they know that he... despite likely not being 100% (who is at this point?) he's well above whatever the minimum % is for playing in a playoff game.

It all seems so... dare I say... Belichickian?
