Rain, as long as it's not a downpour is okay. No different than playing in Santa Clara. Temps in the 30's is also good. I hope the forecast holds.

Barkley will get his yards. Just don't allow him to take over the game. I like our chances if the Rams can limit Barkley's impact.

I'm telling you, if the Rams win this game they will beat the Lions in their house. In fact I think who ever wins this game goes to the SB. Both the Rams and Eagles are a mismatch for Detroit without their starters on defense.

The Rams played like dogshit against the 49ers facts.

It was rainy muddy and Damp. Stafford couldnt do shit. Played great against the Jets. Played great against the Patriots.

Jalen Hurts coming off of a concusion isnt running good. And it’s a bad concusion he missed multiple games. They wont be running many read options and if they do its going to Barkley and you know its going to Barkley.

No coach with common sense will be running their Quarterback on consecutive or read options coming off of a concussion. You can seriously injure him. It’s a high volume play where your Quarterback is the runner and he can’t give himself up. And if he gets another Concussion they are done.

It’s Barkley or bust for the Eagles simple as that. That man had 254 yds. Against us. How you gonna stop that? Until the Rams prove they can stop it. Theyll keep running it and I dont blame them. Why??? Put the ball in Hurts hands who has been Shacky? And can throw a pick? And not throw it put it in Barkleys hands who is safe? He is the Philedelphia Eagles. This is and will be alot of Saquon Barkley.

Quenin Lake you better help. Hoect. They better tackle and wrap up and gang tackle. It’s all hands on deck.

One thing nobody talked about in that 254 run game Saquon had was Lane Johnson Maeta and Landon Dickerson. They punked the Dline. I bet film room was interesting next day. We cant have that.

Kolbe Turner has to be huge. He has to push the line back. He did that against the 49ers. Verse has to be big we might move him inside sometime.

Fiske has to come up huge. And Young will be so important maintaining contain on the edge. Dont be so agressive where you fly outa bounce maintain your edge. Set the edge.

Funny the 49ers had a brilliant gameplan against the Eagles until Purdy got hurt. That was demeco Ryans. Very smart.

I know Kellen Moore. He will run run run run but if you stop the run you got him. He can’t improvise.

I didn’t like what I saw in the second half the Vikings were moving the ball. They didn’t have any sense of urgency. We gotta come out like we did in the 1st Half. Whoever gets the 1st turnover wins the game. The eagles did and they won. The game. We have to clean up our special teams.

Offense again none of yall are mentioning our weapons. We aren’t the packers. Who is gonna deal with Puka Nacua Cooper Kupp and Denard Robinson? If you play us man well destroy you.

I think Dare mentioned Higbee thats huge. He will open up the field. And let me teach you. Higbee is the key to Stafford. When Stafford has Higbee he can’t be stopped super bowl run. Him down the field. Hes a matchup issue for Dbs. And Linebackers. It opens it up for receivers like he did for Beckham and Kupp just like he will do for Nacua and Kupp. Slay don’t want it with Nacua and can’t cover Nacua.

Josh Jacobs destroyed the eagles out of the backfield over the middle catching the ball. Kyren williams will do that and have a field day. That’s his strength. We will have a Kyren Williams touchdown over the middle in this game just like we did against Minnesota. Book it. Brian Flores is a better defensive coordinator than Vic Fangio. I see Josh Karty making a huge field goal in this game 42 yds. Gotta make sure Ethan Evans is good on his punts.

Like I said before. If it’s Stafford Hurts in the playoffs give me Stafford.

Not too many people have beat Brady in the playoffs Stafford did.

I remember another rainy 34 degree postseason game in Philly the underdog Rams played. Fritz Shurmer designed a new defense to neutralize Philly's offensive weapons. Our offense scored 2 first quarter TDs and after Philly scored in the 4th cutting the lead to 7, the Rams scored a stake in the heart touchdown to make it 21-7 (the final score). Of course that was a long time ago and this matchup doesn't resemble that one in the least. Or does it? This is just the second time we've played a postseason game in Philadelphia.

Few things to me coming into this game.

1) Yes it is basically the same Defensive personnel as the previous Eagle game. BUT, because this is a young Defense evolving on nearly a game by game basis. Also, either they are picking up Shula’s schemes better or Shula is adjusting to them better. I think it is a little of both. In the Minn game their gap integrity vs the run was MUCH better. They also got better penetration at the point of attack and were good at gang tackling. I’m not saying Barkley won’t get his yards or some chunk plays but it comes down to limiting those and putting the Eagles in obvious 3rd and passing situations

2) Shula was masterful in knowing when and where to blitz vs Minn. Almost all of his blitzes got home. I don’t know what cues he read or what the game plan was coming in, but he was spot on.

3)Darnold is far from Hurts as far as mobility, but he IS mobile. What the Rams did well, and absolutely must do vs Hurts, is get pressure up the middle and hold their edges on pass rushes. Mobile Qbs count on outside defenders not keeping outside integrity and using that for easy runs to the edge or rollouts.

4) Hurts did not play well vs GB. GB was losing players on both sides of the ball but he never seemed to be able to take advantage of it. Obviously they have a great OL and some great WRs but I’d absolutely make him beat me. I’d be much more worried about their TE Goedert TBH. The Rams have had trouble with TEs in the past and he makes a nice target with good RAC ability.

5) On Offense I worry about their ability to sustain drives unless Kupp or someone else gets involved. Puka and Williams won’t get it done throughout the game. If Higbee can contribute like he did vs Minny then that really helps. Kupp or someone else to step up. Even if the Rams don’t score, they cannot go 3 and out. At the very worst keep the ball some and hopefully win the field position game. Sustain some drives and keep it within a 1 score game going into the 4th

6) Finally, play a super clean game. They were on their way to finishing Minn off in the 3rd quarter when Williams had a big gain deep into Minny territory That was the play they called a phantom holding on Whitt. That put them back in their territory and at 1st and 16. It was followed by another holding penalty and a pre-snap penalty basically making it something like 2nd and 30-something!! That cannot happen.

I am worried about Williams and ball security. He looked very shaky vs Minn. No stupid penalties and no/or limited turnovers. Limit 3 and outs and let’s see how it plays out. I think it will be a lower scoring game than some might think.

This a game most feel the Eagles will win. They are a 15-3 team playing at home. Beyond that, one theory I've heard is....the Rams played so well vs Minnesota and Philly played a crappy game vs Green Bay, so you can't expect either to have a repeat performance. Why not? Nobody expects 9 sacks and just 9 points allowed. That won't happen. But it doesn't have to happen to win.

Rain snow cold low scoring. Basically the team that makes the first mistake wont win. You play mistake free football you will win.

It’s gonna be ugly conditions.

Gotta grind this game out.
