I'll concur with some on here saying we need to mix up the offensive play calls with Jet Sweeps, screens, etc along with different personnel combos an formations.

If Mcvay just keeps trotting out the same formations and running the same Tecmo Bowl plays all game, we need to riot.

I swear I think he just believes it's only a matter of "EXECUTION". So his players just need to OUT EXECUTE the opposition with plays they have seen ad nauseum all game. Make it make sense.

I never played the game. But in one of my very first tech jobs, we worked with them and had a marketing meeting a bit before the E3 trade show.

That day, they were "auditioning" girls for their Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball live show at E3. pretty much girls in barely underwear walking in and out constantly.

This gawd damm Noteboom experiment has to end. They apparently love him, they extended him and keep bringing him back, and he has never lived up to their trust. Injured a lot and doesn't consistently come through when he is healthy. OT has to be a priority in the next draft.

I'm sure he's a good guy. So I take no pleasure in being so harsh. But it's the NFL. You produce or move on to your next career.
