thx for posting this @AvengerRam (i won't have nightmares about how close i thought it was anymore:).. i never saw this on TV, but look at the worlds greatest football player (after making THE PLAY of the game), sprinting after the ball.. just unreal

To me, it almost looks as if he and Von were already in the process of beginning to celebrate, which makes it even more apparent that the ball was completely uncatchable.

I've seen the wounded duck that Burrow gets off about 50 times, granted always from the same angle, and it seems like the receiver could have made a play on the ball. Perhaps his weight was on the wrong foot and couldn't lunge for it, or maybe the ball just wasn't close enough to him.

The angle they show made it look like he coulda attempted a diving catch. I thought so when it happened. But I saw another angle from the other side of the field someone recorded from the stands. It was clearly not catchable.
