To me, it almost looks as if he and Von were already in the process of beginning to celebrate, which makes it even more apparent that the ball was completely uncatchable.

The angle they show made it look like he coulda attempted a diving catch. I thought so when it happened. But I saw another angle from the other side of the field someone recorded from the stands. It was clearly not catchable.
