I guess this is somewhat a matter of opinion but it's undeniable that they could have won or lost a couple more games. When they say that they easily could have been a playoff team are they actually dense enough to believe only that side? The NY Giants lost 6 games by a total of 15 points and had the lead late in all 6.
Finished with the #6 offense, and the HC got fired.

when an offense scores just 13 points, as the rams did against the ravens, an amount that 79% of the teams that took the field in 2015 were able to top offensively, i find it disingenuous (or out of touch) to claim the rams could have won it, presumably with a field goal, especially given a field goal would have only tied the game, not given the rams the lead, or the win... in fact this applies to all of the "could have won games", games the rams lost by 3, games in which the rams offense averaged just 15.6 points per game... anyway, you have to score points if you expect to win in the nfl, if you expect to reach the postseason, or hope that you field one of those rare defenses that can completely shut down offenses week in and week out...

A bit late to this party but I would only hope for Bradford's sake that he doesn't hold out for that kind of money or he will be watching a lot of TV on Sundays next year.

That's what, reportedly, Boras asked the Eagles for before last season. It was a high ball, let's see if they bite, admittedly ridiculous(by Boras) number.

I don't think there's been any news of what they're asking now that he's a FA.

Frank Cignetti expected to be Giants quarterbacks coach

The Giants promoted Ben McAdoo from offensive coordinator to head coach and are set to move Mike Sullivan into McAdoo’s old job.

Those trips up the ladder left an opening at Sullivan’s former role as quarterbacks coach. Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the team will hire Frank Cignetti to be Eli Manning’s position coach.

Cignetti was named the Rams’ offensive coordinator before the start of the 2015 season, but was fired in early December after the unit proved to be one of the worst in the league. They weren’t much better from 2012 to 2014 when Cignetti was the team’s quarterbacks coach either.

Before moving to the Rams, Cignetti was the offensive coordinator at Rutgers and Pitt. He went to college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which is also McAdoo’s alma mater and Cignetti’s father, who has the same name, was the head football coach at the school when McAdoo was a student.
