BTW, to be clear the document is titled:

Not only do they have the best stadium proposal with no questions about financing but they back it up with numbers from the market surveys. Interesting that they went back to the first time the CVC asked for an extension on the tier 1 clause.

There were rumors of Thousand Oaks back during the Oxnard Camp. Cool weather and a little more space to operate out there. Plus, it's close to Malibu, Westlake, Calabasas... Places with money that athletes and execs love haha.
