Don't expect the NFL to simply hand over the emails to Congress just because a couple of Reps decided to use this situation for virtue signaling.

What these idiots don't get (or simply choose to ignore) is that those of us who try to obtain remedies for victims of discrimination and harassment will have a tougher time doing so if employers who settle cases can't rely on the enforceability of confidentiality/non-disclosure provisions that exist in every settlement agreement that resolves disputes of that type.
