The problem is the Nashville stadium will look dated in 20 years so they'll need $2 billion to fix that up.

This ^^. It is easy to see that with the exterior facade, even as bright and shiny as it looks in the rendering. It will look tired and dated before too long.

The major flaw of the rendering is the parking lot doesn't show a guy wearing Bills colored Zubaz pants bonging a beer then leaping from the top of an RV to pile drive a folding table that's been set on fire.

You're getting confused with the Municipal lot in Cleveland which is/was notorious for really bad behavior. So bad they had to dry it out for a season and make it alcohol free.
