Also he did EVERYTHING because he felt responsible for EVERYTHING. I think having a responsible, veteran coach like Raheem come in changed his perception of what a head coach can do and is responsible for.

I also think he’s having fun and has better balance as a head coach. Also management has his back and he’s not going to find that support anywhere else. Especially not on TV, in media.
