Italy   Many of us know the feeling of the universe conspiring to bring car and driver together.

Since I've become hooked on reruns of "The Virginian", lately...let's go with the Cowboys this week.
Gotta say "The Virginian" is some serious quality viewing.

I was a big McClure fan as a kid. "Virginian" wasn't just cowboys as they had courtroom drama as well. Good stuff. Drury had a good long life. I was watching the history of the Ford GT40 (of Ford v Ferrari fame) and Drury pulls up in a Shelby Cobra and he, and Ken Miles, go for a romp at Riverside Raceway. It was sometime in the 60s and it just seemed bizarre to see Drury not on a horse, instead though with lots of horsepower.

"Laramie" was also a good one. Robert Fuller still alive and rides his horses.
