I see him coaching maybe two more years. POST #40 I think this staff will stay together for at least the next 2 seasons. I'm predicting the first coach to go will be Pleasant in a couple of years. I have been pretty impressed with him. A couple of years under Phillips and he may be ready for primetime as a DC someplace else.
