Just called in and was able to move down 37 rows. They did not have 4 seats together to the left of 5H. I moved down from 5H Row 64 to 5H Row 27. I had renewed my seats on Feb 10th. I highly recommend you call in and don't wait for them to call you. Good Morning Mr. Demoff, My name is Greg S****. I have been a Rams fan since I was 6 yrs old in 1969. You can imagine how ecstatic I was last year when you returned my beloved Rams back to SoCal. Of course I was able to get season tickets, 8 actually, but because I was at work I was 2.5 hours late getting in line for seat selection. I received my renewal yesterday and was very dismayed to hear that there is not a process in place that says I will get better seats this year. I only see verbage like "Maybe". Everyone I've talked to who bought 6-8 last year are downsizing this year to 2-4. More than anything, I want to keep my place in line for Inglewood. Honestly though, If I have no guarantee of getting better seats than what I have at present I don't know if I will renew. Last year I watched the 2nd hand ticket market, and even upgraded that way for 3 games while giving my season ticket seats to friends and Family, eating the cost of those. Is there anyway you can re-assure me that there is a process in place to ensure I get to move to better seats? Before I actually buy my 2017 seats? If I have assurances, I would feel much easier, as would many of the folks (fellow Season Ticket holders) I've talked to yesterday and today. I know you're a very busy man, Mr. Demoff. I do greatly appreciate your time and consideration in this most important matter. GO RAMS!! Sincerely, Greg S****.Huntington Beach CA Reply|Thu 2/9, 8:53 AMYou You forwarded this message on 2/9/2017 2:47 PMGreg, thank you for the email and the longtime passion for the Rams. We’re grateful that so many of you who grew up with the team have welcomed us home with open arms. Unfortunately I can’t give you an “assurance” that you will be able to upgrade our seats. We did not want to promise anything in the renewal packet because we can’t predict with any accuracy whether we will be able to upgrade seats or how many we will be able to upgrade. Logically, there will be some people who may not renew, and we will look to allow 2016 season ticket holders the first chance to improve locations should they come available. That is why we indicated that those who renewed by March 1st would have priority should a relocation process take place. There will almost certainly be a process, we just don’t know how large it will be and to what degree. But with 70,000 season tickets and more than 15,000 season ticket accounts, we know we won’t be able to improve everybody’s seats which is why we can’t make any promises as we sit today. I know that isn’t a perfect answer, but given that this is our first renewal process in the Los Angeles market, and that we know from our survey results that people all want to keep their place for Inglewood, we would be remiss if we wrote in the letter that we know w will be able to improve all seat locations. I would imagine some will have the opportunity to improve but it would be disingenuous to say that we could “guarantee” better seats for any singular account holder because we would have to say that for all account holders and I know for certain we won’t be able to do that. I hope that makes sense. Please feel free to respond with any further questions. I asked about parking as well and got the same response no info available yet. I too hope we get the same lot we got last year as a priority as we have a nice group over there. Let me explain. Spent 7 years in AZ adopted hometown Cardinals. Moved back to Orange County Rams came home. now a 8 year STH. We are committed to all the Rams home games. After seeing your posts I called this morning and was told they were having so many call for relocation, the manager just said take care of the calls. Anyways , Ryan was extremely helpful and gave me some good option for the home side. Only problem is they were between the 10 and the end zone. I didn't want to trade my 30-40 yard line for those. My other issue was the wife wanted aisle for her and the kids, so he ended up moving me 13 rows down in my same section. I'm happy with that, now I hope they don't screw up the parking renewal. They do have some good seats still as of this morning so give them a call. NEVER did they inform me that I was to initiate communication to upgrade my seats. What a goat fuck. So...I've been sitting around waiting with my thumb up my ass when I could have called? If it wasn't for reading this thread here I'd STILL be sitting around waiting. Thanks Trony for posting the info! I have yet to receive any info on relocation since I renewed in Feb. As a matter of fact, the ONLY thing I ever received was a response from Demoff, or his minions, about the issue, here's the email exchange....RE: 2017 Season Ticket renewal issue....DKDemoff, Kevin <[email protected]>From: Gregory S [mailto:] Sent: Thursday, February 09, 2017 8:06 AMTo: Demoff, KevinSubject: 2017 Season Ticket renewal issue.... GO RAMS!!
