I initially voted 50/50 because I wanted some hope. But I honestly think he'll be back. All the body language from the organization, and Fisher himself, points to that. If he does come back I hope they force him to hire an experienced OC with a history of success to run the offense without Fisher meddling in it. I believe that would be the only chance they have to win games.

I believe there was recently a statement from Fish that said something to the effect that if he is retained he would bring in an experienced OC and give him complete control over that side.
This may very well happen and it could be the best short term course of action for our young and gelling team. Some of our guys could be leaving via FA soon so perhaps keeping things intact as much as possible will help in that regard.

He just has to do what he said he would and convince said OC of that too.

All of this is assuming that he hasn't already lost, or will lose the team by seasons end.

Or this might simply be postponing the inevitable and wasting another year. It depends on who is brought in.
