No angst, only possibilities. Fans who suffer angst are probably affected by their team's 6 off days as much as or more than they are with their game that week. That's gotta be grueling. Thank god for Thursday Night, Sunday Night and Monday Night football!!!The NFL is a long season consisting of a very small number of games, with every quarter or couple of series carrying as much importance as an entire game in any other sport. So why does the season seem to go much faster? This season, the best part of opening weekend is the fact the Rams start on SNF. We get to watch somebody lose on Thursday, then 13 more on Sunday before settling in to watch the Rams! So much will have happened, that will have an effect on the season before the Ram's game kicks off. Awesome.
