His QBR for 4 years total is 140.00. That's hella good. Keep in mind he plays in a big conference and runs a pro style offense.

The college rating system is different than pro
For instance, Nick Foles passer rating was 69 in NFL but by college ranking, it was a 108!

Haha, but he had very similar stats to Cook in college even though he played for multiple coaches and a crappy team! 139 QBR!
