In Tutu's case, I think we may see him early as the punt returner (if he instills confidence in his ability to field punts), and maybe on some select offensive snaps (maybe to run a jet sweep or screen). DJax will be the deep threat specialist to start the year. My hope is that Tutu will gradually take that role from DJax, perhaps by the end of the season.

I figure they can use Atwell and Harris both as gadget players this year, with programmed plays designed for them taking advantage of their unique skills, without either having to really be fully trained in their larger eventual team roles.

A couple notes from McVay's presser:

Sounds like we have a couple players who will not get vaccinated and McVay says he respect that (if i'm reading it right).

There will be 2 scrimmages with the Raiders, not sure when yet.

He promises we won't see Darrel Henderson in preseason.

The center position is still open, he wouldn't say Corbett will be the guy, seems high on Allen saying maybe Allen at C and Corbett at G.

Not sure I can get behind Corbett anymore with him wearing a freaking SF Giants hat...
