Agreed. Chances are good that the outline for the bargain occurred last night. They will hammer out the details and contingencies over the next few days and the go into the relo meetings next week. I am with the hope that Iger, Richardson and the rest of the Spanos camp doesn't try some 11 o'clock maneuver to convince the owners when there is no time to react. Of course ESK does have that pesky anti-trust action to counter.

Oh and don't wish that you smoked. It doesn't help anything and the dudes coming out aren't worth it. imo.

Why would they break it until they have to? They stand to gain the most if they hold strong till the bitter end. What people fail to realize is that breaking the bond now weakens your hand if we're going to keep with the poker analogy.

Always remember, Kroenke is the one with the pair of Aces (more money/power, better stadium) and the flop just produced a third ace (St. Louis proposal being deemed non viable).

I simply don't believe any of the PR story.

Seriously. It's becoming a joke.

Wednesday night, all 32 fuck heads and the biggest fuck head (Goodell) will come out of the meetings just as happy as one could be and pretend this was a "hard" decision.

First of all, he's not a very good writer, but more importantly, his articles are usually all over the place. He's way too pc. He very rarely, if ever takes a position. He'll say one thing on the radio (depending on who he's talking to) and write something that's a lot different.

Now Vinny has a tweet that the Jags might go to StL. WTF?

Most I have heard about the Carson proposal to the committee:

http://www.leehacksawhamilton.com/categ ... 5-minutes/

Chargers….Make final presentation of Carson Stadium Plans to the Committee on LA…..Carmen Policy met with the 6-member committee and answered questions about toxic land issues and report they are behind in environmental issues…..Yet to address the FAA concerns over height of Stadium…….and the co-funding and co-sharing of profits between Raiders-Chargers….Explained rationale for re-designing the stadium in recent months….and concerns about delays….NFL told 3-franchises, the fee to move into Los Angeles would be 550M to the league office.

Rams…Owner Stan Kroenke presendted 43-page document that would make Hollywood Park the ‘Epicenter” of the NFL on the West Coast….He proposed hosting the NFL Combine…NFL Pro Bowl…Constructing headquarters for NFL Network…..Buildings for NFL Media and NFL Digital Centers….Hosting NFL Draft….Stadium would have 70, 240-Seats….30,000-additional Standing Room Only Areas for Super Bowls….274-Sky Boxes….Layout of NFL campus was impressive including Amphitheatre….Kroenke denounced St. Louis saying it is a “2-Sport City”….and is 61st in growth potential of 64-cities with pro sports teams….Presented ESPN survey that shows LA fans poll…..(51%) believe Rams are best team to move…(32%) favor Raiders….only (17%) Chargers.

NFL….Giants owner John Mara predicts a vote will be taken next week at owners meeting in Houston……Patriots owner Robert Kraft-the issue will be settled next week…Jim Irsay-Colts-“Any man has right to move his busness”…..NFL source-league doubts San Diego would approve financing in vote.

Good recap SWA. I wonder who the league source is who doubts San Diego voters would approve financing?

I don't know which owner will break first or what concessions will be made. But there is one thing I'm pretty sure of, Stan ain't making any concessions that do not include Rams to LA. He's already made a pretty fair concession offering Spanos a sweet deal to share the stadium. But Spanos is only in it to block Kroenke. Whether its just personal or he believes the Rams will hurt his product I don't know. It just might be personal. If that is the case then there is no way he'll accept anything less than preventing Kroenke from LA. Will the other owners see that?
